Since his arrival to Las Vegas in 2014, Mr Corral has worked and collaborated with numerous middle schools and high schools in the valley as instrumental coach and instructional aide. He was principal flute in the UNLV Wind Orchestra with which he recorded two albums (“The Return” in 2017, and “24K Gould” in 2018) under the direction of Thomas G. Leslie. He has performed with the Henderson Symphony, the Desert Winds, and was the Concerto Competition winner at UNLV in 2016. Before becoming a part of the Las Vegas community, Mr. Corral was named principal flute with the UACJ Symphony in Juarez, Mexico where he performed the Mozart Flute and Harp Concerto. He taught flute, form analysis, music history, chamber music, and music appreciation at the Autonomous University of Ciudad Juarez. He is currently the Director of Orchestras at Del Webb Middle School where his ensembles consistently receive Superior ratings.
Mr. Corral holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and a Bachelors of Music from Texas A&M International University and the University of North Texas respectively. He also holds a Masters of Music from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and a Masters of Arts in Teaching from Sierra Nevada College.
